About the 2014 Forum
The aim of our Annual Company Secretary Forum is to give delegates the opportunity to understand the key reporting issues including best practice in Directors’ Remuneration a year on, lessons learnt from strategic reporting, the practicalities of embracing Corporate Governance across the board, as well as finding out what Corporate Governance Code means for organisations in terms of reporting on risk.
