Sharon Constancon is CEO of Genius Methods and Genius Boards – a Group that offers tailored robust, behaviour focused board evaluations, mentoring, corporate governance services and training to many industries, listed entities and regulated businesses including FTSE, SME, Family, Investment Trusts, Insurance, Financial Services, Mutuals, Regulated, Health Services, Charities and the Housing Sector.

Sharon has a well attested reputation for providing confidential, straightforward, honest and effective Board Evaluations which have successfully empowered Boards to improve performance. Sharon regularly addresses industry audiences, runs workshops and chairs roundtable debates or panels. She has her stories and those as Board Evaluator which she successfully uses to help others understand the dynamics of the Board and of being a NED.

Sharon is a Chartered Director, Chartered Secretary and has an MBA. She is Chairman of the South African Chamber of Commerce, Non-Executive Director for Transact SA, International Committee Member for CISI, Membership Committee Member for WCCSA and CEO of Valufin, a forex advisory firm. Previous roles include various NED roles and Chairman of Conduct and Culture Committee for Buckinghamshire Building Society.

Sharon was awarded the SACC Business Woman of the Year in 2013 and in 2015 a finalist for the prestigious IoD Neville Bain Memorial Award.
