Ben has been a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills for 18 years and is head of our London-based Corporate Governance Advisory Team. He works with our FTSE-listed clients on corporate governance and board advisory matters and advises both listed and private clients on M&A, joint ventures, complex restructures and equity capital raisings. Working across sectors such as water and retail, Ben also advises multinational corporations on their strategic investments into Europe.
