Elizabeth McClure
Senior Assistant Company Secretary, Walgreens Boots Alliance
Elizabeth joined Walgreens Boots Alliance (“WBA”) in February 2014. As Senior Assistant Company Secretary her role is wide ranging and includes global subsidiary management, corporate re-structuring, acquisitions and divestments, oversight of governance processes and, most recently, pension scheme projects. Prior to joining WBA, Elizabeth worked at Charles Stanley Group plc and Centrica plc.
Elizabeth studied Social and Political Science at Cambridge University. She is a Chartered Secretary and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
