Sara Masters

Sara Masters QC is a commercial litigator with a strong practice in EU and competition law as well as conflicts of law and jurisdictional disputes. She appears frequently in court and arbitration in the UK and abroad. Sara also has a growing practice as an arbitrator.
In the competition and EU law field, Sara’s recent work includes leading a substantial EU follow-on damages claim in relation to a foam cartel, advising litigation funders on competition damages claims, and a number of anti-suit and freezing injunctions. She currently serves on the Lord Chief Justice’s Advisory Committee on Brexit and Civil Jurisdiction.
