Gaucho Rasmussen joined Ofcom as its Director of Investigations and Enforcement in November 2016 after a number of years as an enforcement director at the OFT/CMA. Before that Gaucho worked as a competition and regulatory lawyer in private practice and in-house as Tesco’s Group Competition Counsel.
