Laura joined Yum! in April 2015 where she jumped straight into advising all aspects of the business at KFC and Pizza Hut UK&I. She now focuses on KFC UK&I and Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Yum! Laura was a real estate lawyer in private practice in the City. Laura came to law a bit later than most having spent several years in a former life working for a tour operator based in the French Alps, but decided all that skiing and fondue was too much like hard work and retrained as a lawyer.
