Sarah Livingston was appointed as Legal Director at Partnerships in Care in January 2013. PiC is the leading operator in mental health in-patient facilities, with over 2,200 residential beds across the country. In the 3 years that she has been there she has led a ground up governance review, implementing a ward to board reporting structure to ensure oversight of all patient and safety matters, experienced the sale of the business from private equity owners to an American based behaviour facilities operator and facilitated the growth of the company from 1,200 beds and 23 hospitals to 2,200 beds and over 70 facilities.
