Extensive experience of leading complex IT and BPO outsourcings projects to deliver robust domestic and cross border outsourcing and general commercial agreements. Advised on a number of corporate disposals and joint venture arrangements. Expertise of managing contractual disputes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to gain support from staff and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
