Clare is the Group Head of Legal of UDG Healthcare plc which offers outsourced commercialisation services to international healthcare clients primarily in the areas of supply chain, packaging, sales, marketing, and medical services. A FTSE 250 company, UDG Healthcare is active in over 20 countries and employs over 8,000 people. Clare leads an international legal team advising and supporting on all aspects of legal risk management for the Group. She plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the Group’s strategy of diversification and expansion, having led and advised on over 20 international and domestic M&A transactions in the last five years. Prior to joining UDG Healthcare, Clare held other in house commercial and corporate roles including at Alliance & Leicester plc, and practised as a corporate/M&A lawyer for seven years at Eversheds and Gateleys.
