Leo is Senior Legal Counsel in Statoil’s Global Strategy and Business Development legal team, based in London.  Managing internal and external legal teams on high value public and private M&A international transactions, Leo is responsible for commercial and legal risk analysis, corporate governance, deal structuring and negotiation, as well as a wide variety of commercial contracts. Leo has worked across a variety of sectors including energy, banking, technology, insurance and chemicals, and has an MBA from London Business School.
