Sam Ross

Sam is Head of Legal at WorldRemit, a money transfer service that enables migrants to send money online to their friends and family back home. The company has raised over $140 million from investors including Accel and TCV and is processing over 500,000 money transfers a month from over 50 countries to over 120 countries. Prior to this Sam was a VP at Barclays in its Operations & Technology division (this was a legal role but he also undertook a secondment as an Innovation and Customer Experience manager) and he originally trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer at Olswang.
