Matt is Assistant General Counsel at Royal Mail with responsibility for the dispute resolution, employment & incentives, health & safety and PI, and legal operations teams. Prior to joining Royal Mail, Matt was the group head of The Royal Bank of Scotland’s employment team and trained as a solicitor at Linklaters.
