Jane is Head of Knowledge and Information at Slaughter and May, a department that covers Knowledge Management and both central and practice stream Information Services. Her role includes responsibilities in connection with the Professional Support lawyers and she has in previous roles at other firms also been responsible for Learning and Development. As well as promoting the collection and dissemination of knowledge within the firm, the KM team also have a general mandate to be on the look out for technology or services that promote efficiencies or enhance the delivery of the firm’s legal services.
