Having worked with law firms for 27 years, Kate has a range of experience including the journey through various mergers, outsourcing both as a customer and a provider, working with global teams and knowledge sharing across jurisdictions. After many years with CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP as the Head of Knowledge Management, Kate has taken up a new role with Collas Crill in Guernsey as Group Head of Knowledge Management.
During her career Kate has implemented numerous knowledge and collaboration systems, best practice processes and initiatives working with both lawyers and clients. She has considerable experience assisting the legal teams within corporate clients with knowledge and information services, including knowledge audits, helping to create a knowledge strategy, developing knowledge systems, improving intranets and developing taxonomy for the business.
