Carolyn is responsible for all legal, M&A and public and regulatory affairs for Skyscanner globally. She also sits as a Director on the board of the joint venture between Skyscanner and Yahoo Japan!. Before joining Skyscanner, she spent a number of years in a variety of legal and commercial roles within the proprietary and open-source software industry. She joined Skyscanner in 2013 from Wolfson Microelectronics plc, where she had held the role of Head of Legal for the previous 5 years.
