Anna specializes in all aspects of intellectual property law, both contentious and non-contentious. She advises clients on the protection and exploitation of their valuable intellectual property portfolios, in a wide range of different industries and sectors. Her contentious IP work often includes providing clients with strategic advice to resolve disputes at an early stage, but she has also represented clients in many intellectual property infringement court actions and other proceedings (including at all levels of the English courts and at various domain name dispute resolution forums). She also regularly advises on defamation disputes. Her non-contentious IP work includes advising on the assigning, licensing and securitization of different intellectual property rights in a wide range of different commercial arrangements (including brand licensing, sponsorship, outsourcing, software supply, R&D projects, large-scale corporate due diligence and audit projects, and distribution and manufacturing agreements).
