Nicola Carter is responsible for personal data compliance in Airbus in the UK and key member of the Airbus Group Personal Data Protection Network leading the Group wide Communication, Training and Awareness Centre of Expertise.  In her UK role Nicola advises the business on data protection compliance, from CCTV policies and guidelines, to data sharing, privacy notices managing subject access requests and in addition provides UK specific legislative advice to transnational project teams.  She is currently planning a campaign to promote Personal Data Protection day with focus on making the 2016 campaign relevant to Airbus Group facilities outside of the EU and also leading the implementation project on Binding Corporate Rules. When she is not working on personal data topics, Nicola has a supporting role to the HR Employee Relations team and outside of work enjoys walking with her dog and being mum of 3 sons.
