Helen has recently been appointed as Diageo’s Group Privacy Officer having previously been Diageo’s Senior Counsel Global Compliance and group subject matter expert in anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, non-facilitation of tax evasion and on leading above-market investigations. Helen Gourdin started her career at Clifford Chance, focusing primarily on commercial matters. In 2002, she joined Diageo as New Business Ventures Counsel. She then took on a role as Senior Counsel, Corporate Centre. Her previous responsibilities have included chairing the Digital Governance Leadership Team with her team reports looking after tax, compliance, projects and corporate governance matters.
