About the 2018 Forum

Thomson Reuters Practical Law is delighted to host the 4^th Annual Forum for Unlisted Companies.

With the advancement of technology, companies need to adopt a new mind set by embracing innovation, this conference will focus on those areas as well as the evolution of the ‘agile Company Secretary’ and what new agile working practices you can start adopting.

Articulating the value of Corporate Governance, the role of the Company Secretary in building a case for your board, bringing diversity to the forefront of your business strategy and Cyber are just some of the other topics that our Advisory Board and delegates have identified as challenges for 2018 and will be covered throughout the day through a mix of plenary and interactive workshop sessions.

This Forum is dedicated to Company Secretaries and senior members of the secretariat team of unlisted organisations, however we welcome professionals from listed organisations who may also want to join the discussions.
