About the 2016 Forum
The job of the company secretary is no longer simply to ensure statutory compliance. The skills of the company secretary can have a direct impact on the effectiveness of the Board and organisation.
Following the success of last year’s event, we are delighted to bring you Practical Law’s 2nd Annual Company Secretary Series: Forum for Unlisted Companies.
The Forum will give delegates the opportunity to hear practical tips on how to embrace Corporate Governance, the role of the Company Secretary in establishing corporate culture, best practices around refinancing, M&As, restructures and post-integration, as well practical considerations for the implementation of the Person with Significant Control Register (PSC).
The Forum is dedicated to Company Secretaries and senior members of the secretariat team of unlisted organisations. Many of the panelists and speakers are Company Secretaries with first-hand experience of the issues raised.
We will run smaller interactive sessions throughout the day which will offer you an opportunity to have your questions answered on a number of leading areas.
