Diane is a Fellow of the ICSA and has over 20 years’ experience in a range of company secretarial roles, predominantly in the retail and financial services sectors. Since joining Capita in March 2014 she has worked with clients on IPOs and restructurings and has acted as company secretary to private companies, joint ventures and main market listed companies, providing Board and general meeting support and advice on regulation and best practice governance.
