Jane Earl has had a 30 year career as a Company Secretary in the financial services and media sectors. Jane’s breadth of experience has been in senior roles in both the listed and unlisted environment. She was Company Secretary of Sedgwick Group plc, Cazenove Group plc, BBC Worldwide Limited and is currently Company Secretary of CDC Group plc, the UK Government’s DFI.
She has served as a Pension Trustee, a Trustee of a Charitable Trust and is currently a Director of 6 companies. Having trained as an Executive Coach, Jane is passionate about helping other reach their potential.
