About the 2015 Forum
Following the outstanding success of the last three years’ events, we are delighted to bring you Practical Law’s 4th Annual Company Secretary Forum.
The aim of the Forum is to give delegates the opportunity to understand the key reporting issues for 2015/16 including, preparing for the viability statements, best practice in board effectiveness, managing reputational risk and effective stewardship.
New to 2015, we will be inviting Chairmen, CEOs, NEDs and Chairs of relevant committees to present; finding out how they engage with their Company Secretaries to enable a successful and sustainable organisation. Also back by popular demand, we have incorporated interpersonal skills sessions where the non-legal and leadership skills needed to progress internally will be discussed.
The Forum is dedicated to Company Secretaries and senior members of the secretariat team and many of the panellists and speakers are Company Secretaries with first-hand experience of the issues raised.
We will run smaller interactive sessions throughout the day which will offer you an opportunity to have your questions answered on a number of leading areas.
