Peter Speirs
Company Secretary, Hikma Pharmaceuticals
Peter joined Hikma as a Deputy Company Secretary in 2010 and assumed the role of Company Secretary in 2012. Peter is responsible for advising the Board and Committees on governance matters. Prior to joining Hikma he worked for Barclays and Pool Re, the UK terrorism re-insurer.
Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds a Law degree from the University of East Anglia.
Peter is Vice Chair of Governors and Chair of the Finance and Resources Committees of Lime Tree School.
