Nick’s practice includes UK and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings, public takeovers and general corporate advice. He has advised a number of corporates and financial institutions on the implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). As part of a working group led by ICSA: The Governance Institute, GC100 and the Quoted Companies Alliance, Nick played a key role in the preparation of a suite of MAR-compliant dealing documents for UK companies.
