About the 2017 Forum
This is an important year for company secretaries: Articulating the value of Corporate Governance, statutory considerations such as Modern Slavery Act and gender pay gap reporting, and the continuing misinterpretations surrounding the PSC register and incoming 4th MLD are just some of the topics our delegates have identified as challenges in 2017.
In an effort to ensure delegates gain maximum benefit from attending, the Forum will not only include panels and presentations covering legal updates, but will also include interactive and workshop-style sessions to allow delegates to talk to and benchmark against fellow company secretaries.
This Forum is dedicated to Company Secretaries and senior members of the secretariat team of unlisted organisations, however we welcome professionals from listed organisations who may also want to join the discussions.
We look forward to welcoming back both annual delegates and new delegates alike to this 3rd Forum.
